"Check in was well done and explained. Had a problem with the TV a staff member came to our room and explained how to use it. She also helped us with organising our trip to Nambour by train, printed out the train timetable which was most helpful. We would certainly stay there again!"

"The staff were very nice and helpful, however our stay was quite disappointing. The wifi didn’t work at all when we got there and even after getting fixed we kept losing connection a few times. Bathroom light was out. Air conditioning was completely broken and took few days to install a new one. We got a spot cooler as a temporary replacement but that was connected to the balcony so our window partially needed to be open which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially at night. "Property was in a great spot, walking distance to beach, to shops and dining areas. The entrance to Hiho was bright and inviting. Pool and bbq area was lovely. We had 1 bedroom apartment on 4th floor (403) for 2 adults and teen. Apartment was good. Looked like the kitchen was updated. A few things need attention, ceiling needs a good clean, maybe a paint. Walls could do with a paint. Spotlight in kitchen wasn’t in use and had a thick layer of dust/dead bugs. Balcony floor could’ve had a clean....
