"Just arrived back home from our stay in Krakow. Booked City Lights apartment for my son and I as a base to see the sights. Communication was clear and punctual. Easy to understand and felt confident we'd chosen well before we'd even flew. We arrived in the early hours and managed to get into the property swiftly and with ease. Czyli jak zarezerwowałem apartament na jednà dobę okazało się , że cała kwota to około 320 zł za dobę i nie ma możliwości anulowania rezerwacji. Uważajcie ponieważ jest to jawne wprowadzanie klienta w błąd!!!"

"Hello, I think the hotel and place are incredibly good. I really liked the fact that it was so close to the train station and the old town. I am on a special dietary level, so I was so happy that I could cook for myself. The washing machine is very handy too.The only thing which I would suggest is the cleaning situation... definitely if someone stays there for more than 3 days - the bath towel should be changed .. and we didn't know what to do with a full bin bag .. I would definitely recommend the place !! BR Sylvia"
