The staff worked hard to ensure delicious food offerings & a clean dining experience. Housekeeping provides fresh welcome each day! The hotel was located in poor area. Taxi was necessary to get to the centre town. The room was small but fairly quiet and clean. The staff left a dirty towel in our room upon check in and never removed the garbage.

We were placed on the 5th floor. Every night we struggled to sleep as something up on the roof (or inside the walls/pipes) kept banging and clicking. As soon as you were falling asleep, the banging noise would wake you up. The bedding was poor quality. The duvet was very thin (especially for the February weather) and the pillows gave no support. We ended up asking for extra pillows as it was uncomfortable to sleep on them. The cleanliness of the bathroom was very good, however the toaels
