"The only spoiler for us was that due to an old fusebox, all the plug sockets kept tripping leaving no power to charge our devices or for using hairdryer/straighteners etc. Otherwise a lovely hotel and friendly staff."

"We stayed at Pine Trees Hotel for our wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked through the doors the extra thought they have put into the details were evident; from the dog bowls and treats for four legged friends to rain coats and Hunter wellies for the humans to borrow. Having had a recent revamp, the interior design is contemporary chique in deep warm colours without taking the attention away from the original Victorian features. "Our room was lovely, massive bed very comfortable, 2 chairs bath and shower very clean, no shampoo or body wash, unfortunately to late to ask when already in shower, breakfast i will not be having again no beans,no eggs fried or scrambled, bacon was dry and fatty, sausages ok as were mushrooms, plenty of continental options but that not my thing, toaster takes forever. "
