"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "Wonderful 2-week stay in Glasgow. Easy 10 minute walk to both Queen Street and Central train stations, and Metro. Very clean, corner unit with lots of light and easy to use heating system. Circuit breakers on every outlet and appliance, which is wonderful safety feature. Washing machine broke during stay, but the manager called in a fix very quickly. Otherwise everything worked beautifully. Lisa, the manager, was very responsive, helpful and accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommended! "
