"Lovely hotel, great staff. A bit of a distance from the middle of the city and it's not the most walkable, but if you don't mind a bit of a walk then it's perfect."

"When I checked in Ermal the night shift receptionist made my check-in very easy he carried my bags upstairs, the hotel is very close to the city center just 10 minutes by taxi and the neighbourhood is very safe the rooms were very clean everything is fresh with good pressure shower and hot water. Breakfast buffet from 7:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. and there were Eggs and Sausage which is what I want for breakfast. The daytime manager Jack is the most welcoming person I have ever had in any Hotel he made me love Tirana so much that I will keep come back to this City because of this gentleman and this hotel I needed a laundry and he just did it to me free of charge and I needed dry cleaning service he sent out my clothes to an Express dry cleaning without making any profit of me plus he gave me any formation I wanted about the city but not only that he gave me so much advice about my travel in the Balkan region. The cleaning ladies Maria and Janet were always around if I need anything to get cleaned up the bed was very comfortable and there was huge balcony to sit outside and there is a pool too but unfortunately it's but the best part I was always asked if I need anything. Thank you so much Jack, Ermal, the cleaning ladies and all the staff you made my stay super Pleasant and I wish I can leave you 10 stars not 5 "

"Had a long weekend stay here with family. There was 4 of us and the apartment was very spacious with two rooms. Our host was very friendly and helpful. She assisted with parking information and made herself available when we had questions. Enjoyed our stay. "
