"great place to stay, some days breakfast orders took up to an hour to arrive ( so do it early if you are off diving!) and the only disappointment was that all the breakfast juices and smoothies were watered down which we haven’t encountered anywhere else. "

"One of the best resorts/villas I’ve ever stayed in! Everything about this place is soo good. We stayed in the loft and it was amazing, dined at the restaurant which was amazing and spent a day just relaxing in the pool drinking and snacking overlooking the beach which was amazing. Staff were amazing and catered to all our needs. Can’t rate this place highly enough and can’t wait to go back."

"Loved our stay here - very spacious two floor villa with pool. Incredibly comfortable and private and Tony and the team make you feel so welcome and supported with great humour! A stay on this car free island is like no other - swimming with turtles, exploring the beaches and bars on bikes that the property supplies. Already planning a return visit - highly recommended. "

"Nice private villas in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from the north and west side of the island with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Staff here very friendly and helpulful. Earplugs a requirment (provided at the villa) for the very early morning call to prayer from the Mosque. I am sure this will aplly to any accomodation on the island. All in all the villas and island were a great place to stay and would have gladly done more time here. "

"Somewhere special indeed. From the moment we were greeted by the wonderful staff to the moment we cried as we said goodbye. Everything was perfect. If you are after a sterile 5 star experience then Avilla is not for you. If you want to be surrounded by a beautiful peaceful environment with a private pool outdoor bathroom amazing food then this is it. A most memorable stay for 8 nights. Sure there are some small things one could pick on but these did not detract from our experience. Chef...

"PROS: spacious comfortable room, very comfortable bed. very nice lobby and the staff is friendly. Decent breakfast although varying quality of coffee. CONS: the pool didn’t seem so clean/appealing to swim in. The beach area of the hotel is constantly occupied by boats and very small. When asked for help to get to another island, the staff always pushed for us to book a private boat and didnt ‘seem to know’ about the other options…quite surprising given how small the island is. In the evening...
