Wenn man nur ein Zimmer zum schlafen haben will
Hotel schon etwas älter. Check-In um 15.00 Uhr für uns spät, da unsere Anreise schon Mittags und dann niemand an der Rezeption. Frühstück nur Durchschnitt, zwar alles irgendwie da, aber Kaffee z.B. in Kannen auf dem Tisch (Filterkaffee), der nach einer bestimmten Zeit nicht mehr schmeckt.

Om te overnachten prima hotel. Ontbijt gewoon goed. Om te dineren ben je er erg slecht af. Op de vraag of we konden eten kregen we te horen prima, er stond een buffet en er aten meerdere mensen. Ik had al bij de reservering gevraagd of we konden dineren en dit was geen probleem. €18,00 bij reserveren anders €20,00. Niet gereserveerd, we zagen het wel aan. Eenmaal aan tafel kregen we te horen dat het buffet niet mogelijk was, we hadden moeten reserveren! Kregen de uitgebreide kaart, 2keuzes als hoofdgerecht: curry wurst met friet €13,00 of spareribs 29,95 alleen friet. ERG DUUR voor zo’n tent. Personeel had duidelijk geen zin om ons nog te bedienen terwijl er nog volop gebruik werd gemaakt van het buffet. Snel in de auto en elders heerlijk gegeten.

Stopover an der Ise
Große Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, funktionaler Fernseher; Schwimmbad. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüfett. Von außen nicht so einladend direkt an der Bundesstraße, aber für Kraftfahrer oder Fahrradtouristen ungemein praktisch gelegen. Fantastisches Mühlenfreilichtmuseum direkt gegenüber. Ich hatte Blick zum Flüsschen Ise und es war ruhig.

RESERVIERUNG KATASTROPHAL und IGNORANT
Wir haben mehrere Zimmer für mehrere Tage reserviert und wollten ein zusätzliches Zimmer buchen. Dabei traten einige Fragen auf: Kann man in den Zimmer bleiben, muss man Frühstück buchen, gibt es bei einer Anreise um 20.00 uhr noch etwas zu essen? Wir haben tagelang versucht, telefonisch Kontakt zu bekommen - immer nur AB. Unsere Emails wurden nie durchgelesen, sondern wir bekamen vorgefertigte Standard Antworten. Wir schrieben an das Management (Frau Werner)!!!. Wir Bekamen eine Email, dass man uns telefonisch kontaktieren würde. Nie kam ein Anruf. Die einzige Frage, die per Email beantwortet wurde, war: "Natürlich gibt es für Sie um 20.00 Uhr noch essen" Als wir um 19.45 ankamen. war aber die Küche zu. Wir haben selten ein so schlechtes Management/Reservierungsverhalten erlebt. Vor Ort kann man nur das Engagement vom Service (Nicole) loben, die alles versuchten uns trotzdem einen guten Empfang zu bieten. (Selbst aber auch nie vom Reservierungsteam informiert wurden.)

Schönes Hotel
Am Hotel und dem Frühstück gab es nicht auszusetzen. Es gibt ein Hallenbad, das ist der Hammer. Wir hatten 2 zimmer mit Verbindungstür, das Highlight für die Kids. Nur die Preise für Abendessen oder Café und Getränke sind zu hoch.
