"The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. Easy communication Has dog friendly beach. Provided us beach lodges and umbrella. "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable and the desk staff was great. Most of the other staff members did not speak English, so that was a big challenge. The restaurant was nice but food was just ok. "We flew into Rome after a long flight and were looking for a nice place to crash without driving too too far since we were tired. It was really convenient and charming. The staff was so helpful and let us check-in early! The location is ideal in the middle of the very walkable Orbetello. Plenty of shopping and restaurants very close. What a great place to explore. Breakfast was perfect and they even had a gluten free option. Book it, you won't regret it!"
