"The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. "The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all.
