"A lovely bunch of people and a great restaurant. Good choices at breakfast! The 2 top price rooms we booked were spacious and comfortable - but were overlooking the main road through town and we realised that we wouldn't be able to sleep. So we asked to be moved and these rooms were not so spacious. Also the pillows and the beds weren't as comfortable. However the rooms we moved to were quiet so we could sleep. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. "The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator.
