"The property is great. The staff is awful. Very standoffish. They make you feel that you are an inconvenience. I never received a email in regards to their dining policy. We arrived around 7pm and had to drive back into town to find food. Overall it was a huge disappointment. With a friendly staff it would be amazing. "

I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations.
