"Brilliant, from a great welcome through to a large comfortable room, a good shower/bathroom, the Chef came to discuss our evening meal whilst we relaxed with good beer and then delivered an excellent meal which topped the day. The bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good with fresh eggs and a good buffet. We'll call in again."

Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. "Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing.
