"Stair lift didn't work. In poor repair generally and shabby in many areas. Night cold and only 1 sheet.no extra bedding anywhere. Bad design. Two steps to bathroom .ceilings rusty. Pool not filled 2/6 . View of roof from our floor, in bad repair. Very poor in all aspects and poor breakfast. On positive side two staff most welcoming . Very outdated in all areas and even garden areas poor. Would never recommend it "
