"Beautiful hotel, staff was amazing… the only thing bad I could say was the parking area was really tight, small parking lot, and you have to pay for parking. Paid parking is available right next to the hotel which is very convenient, but it's a walk of around 6-8 blocks to get to a point in downtown Omaha with restaurants. I was woken up a couple of times by train horns, even though the train line is a fair way away from the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel, but is something to be aware of. "I am from the Council bluffs area so when i checked in I was told I had to pay a $220 cash deposit which I got back in the morning, but I didn't know about it till check-in. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The shower was a little outdated, the bathroom was kind of little but clean. They do have a nice area where they serve breakfast & they had a nice variety of different foods"

"I recently celebrated my birthday weekend at Hotel Deco in Omaha, NE, staying in the Executive King Suite, and it was exceptional. The hotel's Art Deco design is stunning, blending modern luxury with timeless elegance. My suite was spotless and well-appointed, featuring a spacious seating area, marble conference table, and whimsical "Alice in Wonderland"-inspired art. Thoughtful amenities like a Nespresso machine and a 55-inch HD TV added convenience. The staff went above and beyond, especially the valet team, who handled my car with care and made parking effortless. They were quick to retrieve my car when I called, ensuring a seamless experience. The hotel’s location in downtown Omaha was perfect—walkable and close to attractions like the Old Market and Orpheum Theater. I loved the safe, quiet atmosphere, and on-site dining at the Monarch Restaurant offered excellent food and drinks. While the surrounding area had limited late-night dining options, the valet service eliminated parking concerns. Overall, Hotel Deco exceeded my expectations.
