"Had the best time staying here! The location being near the gorgeous view from the Port of Orillia was one of our favourites ! In addition, the staff were amazing as well. We also like how the hotel was close to the stores, plenty of dining options, and just a short drive to access the parks and trails."

"From check in to check out our stay was great with the exception of breakfast. At check in, the staff was excellent and friendly, I accidentally booked a second floor room and since the hotel did not have an elevator I needed a room on the ground level, the man at the desk upgraded us to a ground level room without the upcharge. The room was clean, spacious and beds comfortable for myself and 2 kids. The only mishap was at breakfast, not sure if they were short staff or if the last working was just overwhelmed but she had a lot of unnecessary attitude when asked if more eggs were going to be served. Overall will stay here again."

"I didn’t know there wasn’t an elevator- that’s on me- and we had heavy luggage to carry upstairs. A first floor unit was considered but was going to cost extra - should have been a quick switch. Quiet night - almost forgot how close we were to the highway! Although we are quite familiar with the neighbourhood, the lack of sidewalks made walking to local restaurants a safety issue. Recommend going to Tiffs for dinner and Kawartha Dairy for ice cream!"
