The staff was very accommodating, and even let us book a second room due to a power outage at our daughter's house. Loved the extra touches of champagne, cookies, tea time and breakfast. "It was nice staff was great. My room was an a joining room and the person in the other room was very loud. The bathtub didn’t drains while taking a shower and the water was rising. Also some type of bug bit my ankles under the bed covers, I think mosquito. It itches. The staff however was great and the amenities is awesome, the restaurants have amazing food, love the location, would stay here again, "
