"Everything was pretty good except the check in process was slow (only had two people at the desk and a pretty good size amount of people already waiting) and there was only one elevator working out of the 4 when we arrived which caused long to wait times just to simply get into our room. They did end up getting 2 elevators working towards the end of the stay which was great though. Other then that a pretty good experience and stay "

May remembered me from questions I asked her on the phone when I checked in. That says alot about the attention to detail. Great stay. Room was very clean. Only issue we had was the hallway by the ice machine smelled like urine. Other than that I give the stay 5 stars! "
