"We booked this hotel for one night before a cruise. Hotel is good but finding the entrance is not easy. If returning a rental car to the airport because is near, don’t be deceived by the maps, traffic is terrible and can take longer than expected. Staff in general are great. Rooms are a good size for European standards. Breakfast was great! If I find myself in Genoa again I will book again. "

"Wonderful! This location is indeed super close to the train station, which was perfect for me. It was very easy to find, and check-in was a breeze. The room was spacious enough and very comfortable. I can admit that the bathroom lighting wasn't the best for me when it came to doing my makeup, but that's just a personal preference. Breakfast was also really great! "Absolutely No A/C year around. The temperature in our room was close to 30 dgrees Celsius. We had to prop the window open with a hanger from the closet. And they left a fan at the door we took it in and plugged in to circulate the air. "

"Wonderful hotel and staff is even better! All facilities were excellent as the property is relatively new. Major issue is we booked a premium room with a sea view, only to be placed in a nice room with a view of a tree and a sliver (maybe 1ft wide of the sea. Upon request we were offered a smaller room with about 3ft more of sea view. Very disappointing!"
