"My wife and I stood here last winter (I forgot to write a review). The hotel is has some stunning views if you happen to face the hill with the mountain coaster. The staff during the time was somewhat nice but honestly it seems everyone in Gatlinburg is a bit hissy. The hotel is a tad far from the main strip where all the tourists locations are at if you decide to walk like we did. The Breakfast was amazing everyday we were there, no complaints. "Great rooms ... great location we was able to walk to all the gatlinburg attractions which with 3 teenagers was the goal so they could come as go as they wanted without driving in that traffic! IF there was any downfall its the breakfast wasn't exactly continental it was more snacking.. banana toast 2 cerals! Outside that it was everything that we expected! We would stay there again! We would just pack breakfast the rooms did have a fridge & microwave! "

"We love going here every year! It’s a wonderful place for everyone in the family. I do want to share a little advice for newcomers as I wish I had, had on our first visit. Be prepared with food and drinks when you arrive especially at night because there is no place to grab a drink or snack. The closest available convenience store or place to get any of those items is about 3-4 miles back down the road going into Pigeon Forge.
