"A stay for my random trip to SuZhou. Arrived at the hotel with a lines of other guests doing chek-in /out , so the staffs offered me a complimentary mini afternoon tea at their restaurant (this is very warm) ! Once my little rest is almost done, they sent out the key to my table and told me I can let them know whenever I m ready so their reception staffs will lead me to my room. "The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean, fresh, well appointed and really nice. THE PROBLEM IS THE WI-FI IS SHOCKING AND USELESS. There is the general Mercure connection or a connection in your room. The signal is good .... the bad point is using a VPN it drips every 1 minute. This is really no good when travelling on business and I need VPN to connect to my companies mail system. I complained every time but nothing is done. Unless this is solved I really can’t stay and work at...

"Wonderful hotel, room was large and had great views. In the new modern part of Suzhou. The staff was very helpful especially Gavin the concierge. He way out of his way to help us navigate Suzhou. Also has plenty of restaurants near by. I have to call out the beauty of this part of town, "

"Great interior design. Spacious room and washroom. Comfi beds. Nice view of the Jinji lake and oriental arch if the unit is above 5th floor and facing the lake. Breakfast is very complete with styles of Chinese, European, American. Manager Evans taking really good care of guest concerns. Overall great experience for my stay. "

"Staff were extremely courteous and the room was spacious. Air conditioning felt uneven in the room where some areas are warmer than others. The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor. Front staff said they are trying to upgrade their system so the cards are not the most sensitive, replaced my room cards and the same issued persisted."

"The hotel is located in the heart of the old town and super easy to get to Guanqian Street and Linden Street where many famous restaurants and entertainment venues are locations. The hotel’s facility is a bit old and it is carefully maintained. The hotel room is spacious and super quiet. Would definitely book this hotel next time we visit Suzhou."

"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! There is a laundry room at lvl 1 with free washer dryer and detergent, laundry bags were provided too. The indoor pool was heated and there was a lifeguard on duty. Our room was at the XiXiaLou side. The hotel staff were very ftiendly and helpful, doorman was also very helpful! I would definitely return here if I come to Suzhou again. Would recommend to friends and family too."
