"Service given by Michele and Alfredo was outstanding in helping us getting tickets for our next destination. Also they were so kind to schedule our breakfast an hour earlier for us. And they took us to the pick up station for our bus. Service was Kind and very helpful.
The WiFi could be improved in our room.

- charge +100 euro at checkout for four people for the use of pool and golf car. They did not inform us about this at check in. The pool should be included in the price for the hotel.
- no jumping or having fun for kids at the pool.
- no good restaurants within 30 minute drive , only below average buffet at the hotel, go to Delfini if you can but nothing special
- staff barely speaks English

Suggerisco di migliorare l'isolamento giorno notte, magari con una tenda. Migliorerei anche la chiusura del bagno perché si rischia di bagnare la camera.

The staff at the front desk Michela, Antonella and Eleonora were exceptional.The pool staff Luciano and Giuseppe (King Pinkfong) were awesome, they gave us great recommendations on what towns to visit in the surrounding area. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to major attractions and easy to access.
