"Great location, but must be security conscious at all time as people mill about all the time. Noise from the market, pubs, clubs and people wandering around was a problem as this impacted on our sleep which was not helped by the substandard mattresses on all beds which need to be replaced. The bunk bed needs to be pinned to the wall to make it stable as it sways every time you roll over. Heating could have been better in the main lounge and main bedroom. "The view was amazing and so was the property manager, Tammy. Pity that the accommodation needed quite a considerable amount of maintenance and the cleaning was well below par. The bedding was very comfortable and would stay again. "

"We checked out after one night. This hotel was the most deplorable accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I tried to contact Hotels.com with no luck. Unacceptable level of cleanliness, from black mould to food splatters in the kitchen, a chocking odour through the apartment and a build up of dirt and cobwebs. This property should not be on your website "

"The Perth Cat Bus that leaves from outside the apartment was amazing - linking up to other Cat services & Public Transport. Apartment was fine - if you are staying longer than a week it needs to be serviced (which is additional) Would recommend the area, close to City & Kings Park (walking distance) local restaurants were great & the best coffee @ Let’s Eat (Vietnamese - Owners Q & T were amazing)"

"Excellent view. Clean & spacious. Coming to the stage of needing some TLC. (the lift was not operational during the 7 days we stayed here, so that was quite inconvenient, as we had to use the stairs the whole time)"
