I had to get in line and they could not find my reservation, after almost an hour they said their system had a glitch when I reserved but they were able to give me the room paid for. Staff was very nice and helpful"

"We had been to this hotel when it was the Sheraton. The hotel has been updated, especially the lobby and there is now a second restaurant open for dinner - sushi. They had a lot of "lore" paintings about Princess Corinne, dragons, and Sargon. The fireworks from Disneyland still very visible at night, and the shuttle was as convenient as ever. Only thing that wasn't an improvement from before is no more self-serve Mickey pancakes. Good value for price. "
