"Excellent customer service, especially from the lovely hotel manager who helped us park our car and gave a lot of information about Hamburg. He was very nice to all of our family - including our 2 teenagers. We were there for the Christmas Markets and the location was perfect. Great coffee shop on the corner close by is recommended for breakfast. Room was great and had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. Close to shops, sights and I would definitely stay again. "

"We had a fantastic stay here. Room was nice and clean, nicely decorated, good amenities and super powerful shower! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and really liked the self-service fridge for (reasonably priced) drinks. Good location near the train station. Can't fault it. Only issue was building work on an adjacent building site started quite early in the morning on Saturday and woke us up, but can't blame the hotel for that. Would definitely stay here or at...

The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere but had easy access to the underground trains - especially good as we were on the line that took us directly from the airport within 30 minutes. "Lovely stay at this hotel. Stunning lounge bar with super comfy chairs. Very warm welcome at reception. Self check-in machines were down, and a queue started to form but reception staff immediately brought out extra staff and got everyone sorted very quickly. Room (standard double) was a little small but super clean and had everything you could need. Parking was underground for a surcharge - beware height limit of 2m. Very fight car park. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely! Very new and modern, with amazing facilities, very comfortable rooms with every amenity I could think of. Vastly exceeded my expectations. Would 100% stay here again. Easy walk to a number of Hamburg's main attractions. Wish I'd had more time there. The ONLY negative: On-site parking is available, but very expensive (40EUR/day). "
