"This is a beautiful hotel and the spa is huge and excellent. A downside is that swimwear is optional and if you want to wear swimwear you need to buy it from the spa, I have no issue with that but then when I was in the spa, there are some saunas and steam rooms where you aren’t allowed to wear the swimwear. "Good location but 35 mins from airport. Transportation $40-$60 with Bolt. The hotel is contactless and self service. Everything is done by text. Good response time but this was a surprise to me. They should send you a follow up message after you make your reservation advising how to check in. If l didn't buy a SIM card from the airport l don't know how l would have contacted them. That experience was alarming to me. Good pubic transportation from the hotel to the city proper."

"City box was a great lower cost choice to stay in Oslo. Granted the rooms are small but there was enough room to get by for a couple of nights. We were out of the room exploring Oslo most of the time anyway. The beds were comfortable and the facility was clean. The staff was helpful with merging our two separate reservations when we had added a day so we didn’t need to change rooms. It was very convenient and walkable to most of the center of Oslo"
