The bed was very comfortable and the room was very warm, the bathroom was ok and overall everything was clean. The furniture in the room could have been better and the space could have been used in a better way. There was a cooking stove and a sink in the room, which in my opinion is not needed. It is a room and not an apartment. On the other hand there was no functional wardrobe, which is more important, if you are staying couple of days and don't want to open/close your luggage all the time.

The beds were really uncomfortable and we were expecting a double bed, but we had two singles instead which kept moving apart. No fridge in the room either was inconvenient and no tea/ coffee facilities which were non existent. And door to hotel room was either broken or really difficult to use. Stayed in May and it was very hot in the room, even with a fan. Hairdryer in the bathroom was not working and they only had two to lend, which had already been borrowed when we needed one. Still good enough for the price and location. Staff are easy to contact and are very accommodating.

I recently stayed at Super Stay Hotel in Tøyen, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to standard. While the location is central and convenient, there were several problems that detracted from my overall stay.The service was a major letdown. The staff struggled with speaking Norwegian, which was quite frustrating considering it’s a local hotel. Communication was difficult, and the lack of engagement from the team made me feel unwelcome. It seemed like the staff weren’t focused on providing a positive guest experience.The room itself was clean, but the design was strange. It included an apartment-style setup that was completely unnecessary, especially since they no longer offer the features that would justify this layout. The extra space added nothing to the comfort of the stay, and it felt like a poorly thought-out remnant from an old concept.Noise was another big issue. Despite being on a higher floor, the room lacked soundproofing, and I could hear constant street noise from traffic and passersby, which made it hard to get any rest. For a hotel in such a busy area, better sound insulation is a must.In conclusion, while the location of Super Stay Hotel Tøyen is convenient, the poor service, unnecessary room setup, and excessive street noise made my stay unsatisfactory. I would likely look elsewhere next time.

Not recommended. Check in was automated but even after 3pm the room wasn't working on the system. Cafe woman marked it as available then we had to go back to the machine. I like the idea of them, you can "print" the number of room keys and it being automated and seems technologically advanced, but it lacks the personal touch. The room presented well but had an unpleasant "fish" odour. The headboard was peeling and we had tiny pieces stuck to us from sitting in bed. Windows were overlooking the street, if you opened them it was noisy, but if you closed them it was mostly quiet. Unfortunately closing them was also a bad option as there was a smell in the bed that smelt like literal poo. It wasn't the bedding itself but near the head of the bed. Exceptionally hard to sleep with the smell being so bad - and the combination of fish and poo smell was too much for me. Individual bedding/doonas was nice and would easily be 4 star if the smell wasn't so bad. Continental breakfast was advertised as part of the package but was not available. Unsure why we were paying for something not included. Parking is not available and you need to go to the paid parking down the street for an additional fee. Also no tea, coffee, etc which is usually standard Without parking or breakfast included, it is not worth the price. Perhaps other rooms are better and maybe breakfast was only closed while we were there, but I would definitely not stay here again and unfortunately can't recommend it.

Leider etwas veraltete Einrichtung. Alles hängt nur halb an der Wand. Dafür sind die Zimmer sehr großzügig und die Lobby unten bietet morgens Kaffee umsonst. Dusche und Bad an sich war okay, das Bett ist wirklich in Ordnung und die Kissen waren klasse (nicht so dick). Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator, der Nachts zu laut war. Die Terasse war super, schön groß. Die Möbel darauf leider nicht so gut gepflegt und es lagen Glasscheiben herum. Für den Preis war aber alles soweit solide.

Mye hotel for pengene. Rart at kjøkkenet kunne ikke brukes selv om rommet er annonsert med det. Flere lyskilder fungerte ikke eller bare når de ville. Ser ut som om mange ting i hotellet ble kastet sammen, men ikke en deal breaker for prisen. Om man ønsker høykvalitets følelse så er ikke denne riktig sted, men dersom du trenger noe som gir en del for pengene så er det en bra alternativ.
