"The room I booked did not exist. The manager tried to convince me that the room they put me in was the room I booked. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue which did not happen. They promised to add a $90 credit to my account, I haven't seen that credit yet, but it may be processing. The resort said they would comp me breakfast for the remainder of my stay but that did not cover the charges I should have recouped. "

"I'm a competitive swimmer. This hotel has a 100 meter pool with crystal clear water. I was in heaven. The rooms were awesome. The view from our room was fantastic. The bathrooms are uniquely designed. The only downside was a very limited menu at the restaurant"

"Service and staff were nice. TV channels did not work for the most part of my stay but it really didn't affect my stay. This may be an area you could improve for other future guests. "

"The hotel is a nice discovery and a modern interior with a heritage exterior. Even the parking is underground that takes your car on an elevator. I enjoyed the facilities except a few downs. One is they don’t have an iron in the room, even the one they brought on request didn’t work. The housekeeping was requested to do the cleaning towards the evening but they didn’t show up. We asked for two plates and cutleries, cutleries were clean but the plates looked as if they didn’t wash them....

"The room was spacious. Neat and tidy. Bathroom was clean. Linen were good too. 2 big beds, a working table and a couch. Lots of storage space. The stay was quite comfortable. Walkable distance to Galle Face beach. We did not opt for the Breakfast choice while booking. Upon enquiring at the reception, we were told it costed 4K LKR per head, which we felt is pretty expensive. "

"This hotel had great staff, a very nice pool overlooking the beach and another pool facing the dining area. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a good selection of food for breakfast. The beach was very quiet in November and nice to walk along. "
