Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!"

"Nice friendly young lady on the check in desk. Restaurant wasn’t open but there is a huge shopping complex with restaurants/bars/takeaway next door. We stayed with our two small dogs which they allowed this time but was told they usually only accept one small dog (10 kg) so unfortunately we can’t go back. Thanks anyway for this stay. "

"Our first stay at the Tudanca, Miranda de Ebro, did not disappoint. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and went that further mile to assist my husband, who has some walking difficulties. I have seen elsewhere bad reviews, especially concerning the meals, but those reviewers must have mistaken the Tudanca for another hotel, as our meals were cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
