Posto diverso da quello prenotato e assenza tv
Sia sul sito di hotels.com sia nella email di conferma della prenotazione risultavano un nome e un indirizzo diverso rispetto a quello dove poi abbiamo soggiornato (sul sito era indicato il residence Le Rose in via Ariosto 18 a Gallipoli e invece abbiamo dormito al Lido di Gallipoli in via Poliziano 4). Nella conferma della prenotazione c'era scritto che avremmo disposto di una TV, ma così non è stato. Non c'era neanche un phon né un tappeto per la doccia né un cestino. Per sole 6 notti abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto: detersivo per i piatti, sale, zucchero, carta igienica, sapone per le mani, spugna per lavare i piatti. Sapevamo solo di dover portare gli asciugamani. Altrimenti, ci saremmo organizzate diversamente e avremmo portato tutto da casa. La nostra esperienza non è stata positiva come previsto, perché abbiamo pagato per qualcosa di diverso (avevamo cercato appositamente un appartamento con la TV e una scrivania e nella zona indicata dal sito). Detto ciò, le persone che ci hanno accolto sono state molto carine: ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli prima di andare via e ci hanno fatto dare un passaggio in macchina verso il pullman di ritorno. Come posto dove soggiornare lo consigliamo, ma il cliente deve essere consapevole di quello che manca, ad esempio la tv.
