"Overpriced for what it is. Basically the rooms are over a now closed pub. The front desk is the counter for the liquor store in the building which closes overnight so no one at said front desk. The rooms are quite small, our window went to the roof where you could see in other rooms. There are 2 doors at the top of stairs (no elevator) you need key to get in your room hallway. "The rooms are spacious and each one has a view of the bay. There is plenty of room for putting your suitcases and a small sitting area with a table and 2 chairs. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. They upgraded one room to a kitchenette, moved the second room closer to the first and allowed my daughter to have her

in a non pet room. It is not a fancy hotel but is comfortable and the staff are terrific. I would definitely stay there again. "
