Small but quaint with a wonderful and accommodating staff, from the front desk, to the bellhop to housekeeping... everyone made my stay very enjoyable and efficient. "I didn’t receive an upgrade because I don’t believe I was told about it in advance. So when I had the chance to check in early in a standard rate room I took it. Not know I was upgraded. Same with the wine. It was in the room but I wasn’t told it was for me. I thought I had to pay for it if I wanted it. It’s nice but you should let people know."

"Staff were very helpful. 2 minute walk to İstiklal street where everything is available. 2 different parking lots on both sides of the hotel. They keep the room clean the hotel clean and the elevator fits many people. "

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. It is in an excellent location. I have no complaints. This is nothing against the hotel but if you have knee problems and plan to walk, the hotel location may not be good for you. I would definitely stay here again"

"Absolutely lovely property! And the most amazing hospitality I have seen at a hotel. obviously this is a historic hotel, and it is very well taken care- has a luxury feel. I really appreciated the warm, “good mornings, have a nice day, welcome back” from the hotel staff. Selim especially went above and beyond! everything is perfect. Lovely views of the Bosphorous river nice location lots of good dining options. Staff polished your room twice a day. Everything was just so so perfect. I absolutely recommend this is a wonderful hotel. "
