"Even though the people working there are really nice, lots need to improve for this hotel. Two people in a room and only one towel is provided. If you take a shower the entire bathroom gets wet. "I recently stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. First of all, the cleanliness was abysmal. The rooms were dirty, and the bathroom was in desperate need of attention. We even saw some guests being unreasonable but their needs were catered without any complaint. We highly recommend the Kai Reataurant. "Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003! Staff gave the impression that I was an irritation rather than welcomed.
