"Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003! Staff gave the impression that I was an irritation rather than welcomed. "Stayed at Mantri's to attend a wedding at the same location. It was very convenient to be able to access the room easily close to the wedding venue. However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent. "possibly the worst hotel ive stayed in ever. dirty, horrible place, limited facilities, breakfast only south indian, no options other than toast, tea wouldnt make without sugar, wouldnt make eggs. other than 1 member of staff Krishna the others wer completely unhelpful as if they didnt really care. one guy just sat watching tv in his vest. mornings around 6.30am a massive racket, rooms are not more than 5 metres from reception. wouldnt recommend at all."

"The hotel takes pride in their service- from check in to room service and dining. All requests are met ASAP. We even saw some guests being unreasonable but their needs were catered without any complaint. We highly recommend the Kai Reataurant. The chef is a very talented person who can make all kinds of Asian food and present them very creatively. We are there twice. Breakfast options were also great. "
