"Staff was excellent, clean room, we aren’t sure why the restaurant downstairs OC brewhouse doesn’t offer food delivery to the room, or even a phone line to place a to go order. The food and staff was great there, but an odd system of getting food to guests that didn’t want to sit there to dine. We ordered door dash for breakfast instead of using the restaurants on site, just because the process seemed odd to not have breakfast as a room service option. Our stay was exceptional otherwise. "

"Staff was the best part of our stay! The front desk people were all very nice, at check in and check out, and when we came to them with questions. Room was renovated and very clean. Only issues were they had the bed mattresses on smooth wood platforms and they would slip around anytime we moved or bumped into them. We would definitely stay again."
