"One of the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at! I was greeted at the door and then told to sit and wait for available staff to help check us in even though there were 2 people opened for the aid. I watched someone else come in after us go up to them and asked to be checked in. I don’t know why I was sat down. Regardless, the hotel itself was spacious, clean, and conveniently attached to a mall so we did not have to go far to shop and eat. There was also a water show in the mall, which was cool. I...

Canal City Fukuoka Washington Hotel
3.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (1001)
"Overall, it was a good accommodation experience. Considering the age of the facility, it was in very good condition. Also, I think the direct connection to the Canal City Hakata and the accessibility to the Kushida Shrine Station are also advantages of this accommodation. One disappointment was that the smell of tobacco from the smoking room in the hotel lobby spread throughout the lobby, which was quite disappointing."
