Great location. Walking distance to Bayside shoppibg, restaurants, supermarket and nore. Walking distance to Chuo Wharf (Chuo Foto) cruise ship terminal and ferry port. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating

Nice hotel but a bit remote
The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. The staff are polite too. However, if I am going to Fukuoka again, I may choose a hotel which is closer to either Hakata Station or Tenjin where I can easily access to popular dining and shopping places.

2日間お世話になりました 広い和室に1人で宿泊させて頂き 申し訳なかったです😅 和室だったこともありトイレ お風呂がセパレートだったのでゆっくり入浴も出来 旅の疲れを感じることもなく快適でした！ しいて言えば……枕が少し硬めだったので もう1種類少し柔らかめの枕があれば最高でした！

福岡サンパレスホールでのイベント参加で宿泊しました。1部と2部公演の間、部屋でゆっくり休憩できてよかったです。古い施設感はありますが、便利ですし、近くにコンビニもあるので満足でした。
