"I liked that it was spacious, elevator, bathroom was great. There was a washer that spun clothes but not sure if it dries so i hung it in the balcony. Walked to underground station for dinner. Only complaint are the beds and couch is work out. Other than that it was cute and perfect for me and my parents. Thank you very much. "

"I booked the accommodation for 3 adults and 3 children. The accommodation comes with two double bed, and a futon but the futon is only single size. It is impossible for the futon to fit an adult and a child. There is not enough space to put the futon in either of the two room too. The futon is very thin and uncomfortable. You are practically sleeping on the cold hard floor. One of the beds in the rooms are also spoilt where you can feel the spring under the mattress. The soundproofing is also...

"The property was recommended on social media. Very comfortable and home-like. The place is on a quiet side street near to many convenience stores and walking distance to Hakata Station and paid parking. They could improve their internet speed as our unit connection was very slow. Not good for streaming videos. As well some of the filters and fans in the bathroom need a little more attention, but that is a small detail. Overall though we would comeback again. "

"The check-in was a different location than the property which made it more difficult because I had to find 2 different places in a foreign country where I don't read the language very well. The rules about sorting garbage was a little frustrating. If they would like customers to sort garbage then they need to provide garbage bags and instructions clearly how it should be sorted"
