"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"Beautiful property, the host will wait for you to check-in even if you encounter delays on your journey up to Kawaguchiko. The cottages were extremely clean and cozy, with a small soaking tub right outside of the bathroom. "What a wonderful holiday home. New and fresh, photos don’t do it justice. Lots of space, bedrooms are upstairs - 2 bedrooms each with 4 single beds so could accommodate a large group. "We had a fantastic stay at La Vista Fujikawaguchiko. The service was excellent, from the friendly reception staff to the attentive dining team. The food was delicious, and they kindly accommodated our dietary requirements, which we provided in advance. The views of Mount Fuji were incredible, and we especially enjoyed the bathtub on our balcony. The private onsens were a highlight, and the small touches like free ice candy and complimentary wine made the stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable experience."

From the breathtaking views to the exquisite attention to detail, every moment spent here was unforgettable—but what made it truly special was the kindness of the staff. A special thank you to the individual who delivered my cheese and fruit platters and wine on February 10, 2025. The genuine kindness, warmth and care in her service made it feel like more than just a meal—it was a gesture of hospitality that spoke volumes. That same evening, I had the pleasure of sitting and speaking with her during the movie screening. That simple act of connection, of shared conversation and kindness, was a highlight of my stay. It’s rare to find such heartfelt engagement, and I am deeply grateful for that moment. Truly made this Canadian in a foreign place, feel welcome and calm. I. Alignment with the beautiful scenery!
