"I stay here once or twice a year without hesitation. Everyone I deal with from Moh the waiter to the housekeeping maids like Anita are so helpful and friendly. It's a great tribute to the hotel that the staff are so excellent and continue to work for Riu. A massive turnaround of guests and they do it seamlessly. Fantastic! "

"Overall a solid good experience, but with some small tweaks it could be much better. Hotel is relatively new, clean and well-kept, nice fitness facilities, with beautiful pools and overview over an amazing beach (that is incredibly long, easy to get to Morro Jable via the beach) and never too busy. Service is always friendly too and the food included with breakfast and dinner is fresh and very varied. The slight improvements are around: 1) air con in the winter is off. If your property is...

"We had a fab time staying here. The beach and sea water very clean. Steps to beach require some effort but good exercise after a day lying on the beach. Food and Drink facilities were generous and some great dining options too."

"Property is good for a budget trip and price point makes it attractive. Main lobby is stunning. Staff are very helpful when needed. Food market can be very busy at peak times. Rooms were good and cleaned regularly. good holiday desitination but quieter part of the island. "

"Was expecting there to be ‘more’ places to eat by the sea (we booked B&B) but most were inland and the usual Irish type bars - we prefer more secluded locally caught delicacies rather than pizzas and chips but it’s ideal if that’s your sort of thing but it’s not ours. However, there was a lovely spa close by and hiring a car we were able to view stunning scenery from the mountains!"
