"Very friendly staff throughout, very welcoming. Very pleasant experience all round. Free tea, coffee, water in-room and the included evening meal was great - local cuisine. There were a few quirks which didn't spoil my stay at all but worth a mention if the hotel can do anything to improve: the curtains in the room didn't quite meet in the middle, there was a very noticeable plastic bed-protector under the sheet, the dining area is not as well decorated as the other areas - mostly of the hotel...

"This was a our second stay here and it was just as good -would certainly recommend. We arrived two hours early but were given our bungalow after only one hour's wait so that was good. The layout of the complex is nice and the pool although cold was very nice. As for position - it is very close to the sea front with level access to the beach, harbour and shops. The bus station is only a short walk with buses to the airport every quarter of an hour or so. The one thing that I would suggest...

"This was our 3rd time in this hotel, and we couldn’t ask for better! Good size bedroom with a fantastic balcony and even a kitchenette, spacious bathroom. "Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk."
