"The hotel was in a great location where we were able to walk to restaurants, parks, shopping, and the palace. The hotel itself was really nice and our room was big, clean and comfortable. "I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The best is its location. You are right in the heart of shopping and close by to all the sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved how each day they delivered a bag of pastries and water to the door. The room was small like most in Europe, but worked out well for two people. Very clean. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again."

"The room was quiet even though located near a hospital. The staff were the greatest. They told me how to navigate around Madrid without a taxi. They greeted me with my worn knapsack when I first arrived just as warmly as the ladies with the Louis Vitton luggage. I recommend this hotel and commend its staff. I remember Tamara …and how sweet she was. "

"Nice small hotel for budget travelers who want to be in the midst of the action without having to pay a fortune. Nice location in Chuecha with short distance to Gran Via. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Coffee and drinks available along with some pastries in the lounge. Very satisfactory no frills hotel "

"As other reviews have stated, the hotel is currently under construction so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was really surprised! The construction seemed to have been going on for awhile so everything looked very new and modern. The rooms smelled recently renovated and were very large and comfortable. There was amazing shower pressure and they left us chocolates everyday. The only issue I had, which honestly I barely noticed, was that the flights would flicker on and off every so often but never permanently. I assume it is because of ongoing construction. Staff was kind and the breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of options. The location is a little further from all the main sights. It took us about 20-25 minutes to get there from the train station. The royal palace was about 10 minutes away walking. The subway station is right across the street. Huge mall on the other side of the hotel. There was almost always a taxi waiting outside also so transportation was not an issue. Great comfortable stay. "
