"Day Spring Lodge is a great place to get the feel of suburban Tonga some of the culture of its people. There’s a lovely feel of community and you do feel safe here. There’s easy access to the kitchen and staff is super friendly. If you need a lot of quiet to sleep this probably isn’t the place for you as roosters and dogs and cars are frequently in the background. It’s about 3.5 k’s walk to the town which for me was quite doable and interesting and if you want to get a taxi, only pay seven dollars! I was ripped off twice by taxi drivers. There’s a nice seating area outside in the garden surrounded by banana and Papaya trees to relax or have breakfast. There is no pool."

"We had a great time however the shampoo and body wash was not always put in our room each day and I had to ask twice for some to be delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly . Thanks . Quite expensive but still okay . A shame there is not a smoking area "
