"My visit started badly because they had no record of my booking. Only after I showed them my confirmed booking did the receptionist stop trying to make me pay for one of their two remaining expensive rooms and referred to a superior. The place is expensive for its condition, by Guatemalan standards, but OK if you tell yourself you are supporting orphans. (The place is run by an outfit supporting orphans.)
