"It's not just to stay in a castle, it is to have the whole medieval experience including a magnificent tour given by Serge, your host. Serge and his wife have performed a very careful renovation of the castle, in which you wouldn't find anything misplaced, but at the same time, you get all the commodities needed. Great breakfast. It was a highlight of our trip. "

"There is no front desk on site, you have to get your key in a bar next street, despite a parking on site and an «entrance » sign… Also breakfast is served no later than 9:30 and rooms have to be returned by 10am (they accommodate 1or 2h extra) Restaurant closes super early as well… Bathroom was gross… Bed had hair in it!… Overall would def pay the extra bucks for an additional star!"

The complementary toiletries were 3 sachets of shampoo which wasn’t adequate for a shower. We feel that the price advertised was extortionate for the facilities we had. We will not be returning or recommend this hotel "
