"Majority of staff were friendly and helpful. Margaret that books the excursions was very pleasant. Room was clean with a nice view of the water. Food was average but be prepared for a lot of west indies dishes. They cooked a whole pig one night that was fabulous. Main complaint was the one restaurant is by reservation only. "Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."

"Carla (supervisor) at the buffet at ocean terrace was extremely helpful and makes sure guests are taken care of with top notch service. She was very accommodating to dietary restrictions in the family and made sure member of our party had food ready when we arrived. The grounds are very nice and everything you need is on site. Beach and pool walking distance . Worth every penny spent . Staff was very friendly at every restaurant and check in was very easy. Highly recommend "

"Celebrated my birthday here with my partner & enjoyed every minute here. Staff were attentive, polite, accommodating & helpful. Resort was gorgeous & offered multiple places to sunbathe. Perfect location to visit both popular beaches as well shop at the local stores. Pharmacy is also on the strip outside of the resort. Security made it easy to get a taxi if you didn’t rent a car. "The property was great. The only problem was check in on Saturday. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. They were very apologetic and said they had trouble with housekeeping. They gave us a $50 voucher for the restaurant and we also had full use of the pool or beach while we waited for the room to be ready. We had an ocean view room on the 5th floor with a nice balcony. The view was awesome. The room was clean, large and had a full kitchen which was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants...
