"The staff is awesome. The property is well cut and well-maintained. The gym has decent equipment. The pool appears well maintain the room is comfortable. The only dislike I had was the level 2 car chargers that staff member states or installed about a month ago. You have to scan a QR code on the car charger And then it goes to a webpage or ask for a code and email address without the code. You cannot connect to the charger and now we’re on the page. "Wonderful place while in French lick. On Main Street near casino and restaurants. The people who run business are so very helpful. Nice to go to a place that is not a chain hotel and have a great experience"

"The hotel West Baden is awesome they have 24 hour trolley that runs every 15 minutes and will take you anywhere in the area."

"We were on our honeymoon. Loved the hotel all together. Set up was very nice. We stayed for the weekend yet had no housekeeping or even a phone call, right out of towels and coffee. Dead flies everywhere . We could tell nobody had stayed in the room for a while. Bathroom was amazing the bed was super comfortable"

"When I checked in, the clerk/owner (?) told me they no longer accept online reservations from Expedia, so my Expedia reservation was no good. I still got a room. The place is in dire need of a renovation, clean up, new fixtures, and just basic daily care. The air conditioner didn’t have a cover; discovered the next morning the AC leaked onto the carper. Will not stay here again."
