"The staff is awesome. The property is well cut and well-maintained. The gym has decent equipment. The pool appears well maintain the room is comfortable. The only dislike I had was the level 2 car chargers that staff member states or installed about a month ago. You have to scan a QR code on the car charger And then it goes to a webpage or ask for a code and email address without the code. You cannot connect to the charger and now we’re on the page. Does the request for you to go to a website or...

"Rooms were not completely cleaned. Microwave was broken and the toilet seat was broken. Beds were comfortable but the bedding was very not enough "

"We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along."

"Everything was great. I admit, I was skeptical because of the Knights Inn reputation. This location is VERY clean and comfortable. We had a king suite. It was a pleasant surprise for such a small town place. "

"When I checked in, the clerk/owner (?) told me they no longer accept online reservations from Expedia, so my Expedia reservation was no good. I still got a room. The place is in dire need of a renovation, clean up, new fixtures, and just basic daily care. The air conditioner didn’t have a cover; discovered the next morning the AC leaked onto the carper. Will not stay here again."

"We were on our honeymoon. Loved the hotel all together. Set up was very nice. We stayed for the weekend yet had no housekeeping or even a phone call, right out of towels and coffee. Dead flies everywhere . We could tell nobody had stayed in the room for a while. Bathroom was amazing the bed was super comfortable"
