"Reg king room small, but very clean and served it's purpose for a one night stay. Late check out time is nice if you need it. Coffee/tea 24/7 in lobby, but not in room. Average hotel breakfast was hot and fresh. Clean lobby/seating and gym area. Kids enjoyed the pool table. Friendly desk staff. Rhinelander boys swim team were very respectful and well behaved."

"I highly recommend this hotel--VERY clean, great suites and accommodations. Realize they are under renovation so some things need "adjusted" ---the hot water for the shower required running water in the sink for 10 minutes to get hot water. If you are tea drinker, the lobby has TWO large coffee vats but not hot water, when I asked they offered to get it "from the back". Why offer tea bags and no hot water? Also, why TWO coffee vats, why not one coffee and one hot water? Odd."

"Having to use the room key to turn the lights on is odd. A note explaining to turn the lights off by removing the key will not turn everything else in the room off would be helpful. I thought I had to leave the key in all the time. "
