"We loved the house. The size was great for two families (3 bedroom elite), as everyone had their own space. The pool/spa wouldn’t heat up and we had to ask repeatedly for someone to come help us. They never came. Luckily a neighbour was able to help us after we gave up waiting for maintenance staff. They are definitely short staffed everywhere. "Rooms were same as seen in pictures! Stayed at a three bedroom and loved the convenience of three bathrooms and also the convenience of a full kitchen. I enjoyed the gym and hot tub. Definitely will stay again!"
